ONE YEAR LESSON PLAN
This yearlong drawing curriculum is designed to cultivate foundational skills and artistic confidence through a progressive exploration of core techniques. Students will begin by mastering essential elements such as line, shape, proportion, and composition, gradually advancing toward more nuanced practices including blending, highlighting, and shading.
Each phase of the program builds upon the last, encouraging both technical precision and expressive experimentation. Through guided exercises, observational studies, and creative projects, learners will deepen their understanding of form, light, and texture, laying the groundwork for a versatile and personal drawing practice.

Drawing a sphere, cube, pyramid and other 3D forms from life, how to hold a pencil and a blending stump, shadowing techniques.
